Library

A qualified librarian maintains the library. It is open to staff and students from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is also kept open during student teaching practice and examinations. Open access system is followed except for reference books, general books, subject books, encyclopedias, reference books, journals, periodicals, newspapers (Hindi, Punjabi, English). The question papers and syllabus for various subjects are made available for reference. Students and staff of other colleges can use library with authority letter from head of their institution. The library can accommodate 50 persons at a time. The college Library Equipped with DELNET Software. DELNET has been installed in the institution with the prime objective of promoting resource sharing among the libraries through the development of a network of libraries. It aims to collect, store, and disseminate information besides offering computerised services to users, to coordinate efforts for suitable collection development and also to reduce unnecessary duplication wherever possible.
Pathankot College of Education Library collection includes; books, journals, reference books, syllabus, magazine newspapers etc.
